You will feel drowsiness and also starve the whole day. Go slowly and, you will get the results. Just stick to the proper diet and try to keep a check on your carbs through apps like Myfitnesspal, HealthifyMe, etc.
4. Check on the calories intake
The no. of calories you eat is also very significant when you are trying to lose weight. For eating, write the number of calories you should calculate your BMR first and then less than 500 from that, the number that comes you should eat only that amount of calorie.
5. Less Cardio
The point is that when it comes to cutting down fat, most people increase their cardio and focus less on weight training. In addition, this is the biggest mistake that most people did not realize in starting, but when their size goes down; then they realize.
The simple fact does not increase your cardio to a lengthy period, try and go for HIIT.
HIIT training is very impactful when it comes to losing fat and try to retain muscle.
